Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! However, shipping may take longer to certain countries.

How long does shipping take?

We ship orders out within 24 hours of your order. Usually most orders will arrive within 3 weeks. Depending on location, some orders will take up to 4-5 weeks to arrive. 

We have a 1-3 day processing time to allow funds to settle.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on the amount of items in your cart.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email from us outlining your tracking information so you can track your order.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once we have processed your order, we are unable to make any changes.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We cannot allow returns or exchanges and all sales are final unless the product arrives damaged. However, if you are unhappy with your order, we encourage you to contact us directly so that we may resolve your issue.
